Here's some pictures I took today, when I flew out to our cabin, the snow conditions just right and the temp about 10 above. I think everyone like to see pictures or so it seems.

          I love those snow Pics!
It hit nearly 70 here in Oregon yesterday, so we took the boys out for some pasture flying, then down to Independence for lunch. Here's a few pics....the last one is the approach to our home base, Lenhardt (7S9).

Nice pictures Larry. Where is your cabin located? We sure are having nice ski flying weather here on the Kenai Peninsula. We have nice conditions here at our airstrip at Anchor River Airpark (AK00) stop by if your'e ever in the neighborhood.

nice pictures dedrekon, its a little warmer there.

The cabin is about 25 miles west and a little south of Talkeetna. this has been a long and cold winter, below 0 again this morning. The ice must be 3 feet thick and no sign of warming yet. If it doesn't warm up soon float flying is going to be late. But oh well, I've got lots of floats to work on befor that time gets here.
Leaving for South Carolina tomorrow for a few days, I think it should be warm there.
