Is anyone interested in allowing us to scan copies of 337 and post them on here so we can utilize each others data? Forrest, could we have a place to put them on the website?

Eric Minnis started this procedure to go onto CD's , I neglected to send the second set that we have here at the Foundation..... I think it would be a fine idea, Bob , Rob any ideas about the thread , we probably need to post them on a section thah could not be responded too directly , kind of like the Foundation Newsletter : THE TAYLORCRAFTER ?
hang in there a moment we will come up with something. I do have the big scanner workjing now!
ya that would be really nice when could we expect to see it ?? or do we have to ask all the people out there hiding in the dark with the 337 and stc that we need lol
If "tim" the non Foundation member would step back and recall the legal problems with posting information that could be used as 'acceptable" data, then he would understand the caution We use on this web site...
The FAA sites have the "approved" STC's use them. The 337 list is going up shortly and members can scan and post for the benefit of other members...
There are no legal issues if the FAA has deemed the data acceptable, We could all order the CD's for the scanned 337's but this would make it nice for us to have them on here for those of ust that are wanting to perform the changes, it will reduce the headaches of trying to find acceptable data, I must have 20 or more 337's that I could post for mods that I have helped with or performed. Simple things like the 8.50 tires and the Hanolin exhaust become soooo much easier if we provide multiple examples of acceptable data. Do we want to scan the copies in a .jpeg file? and list them by the modification? and tail number? Just keeping it simple will benifit us all.
documents like 337 or stc should probably be archived on the web site. Gallery would be ok but does not easily allow us to add disclaimers or explanations or new info that would be helpful.
I can create a area for these there (i mean www.taylorcraft.org). Email what you have to [email protected] and put something like "337 for web site" in the subject so I can herd them all together.
Oh, and real important, include in the email all you know about this 337/stc so its not just a pile of mysterious paperwork.
It will be a couple of weeks before I can do anything, to much other stuff going on right now.
As a new member of the tribe I can not begin to express my enthusiasim for this project, however I understand what it took to get here and why you would move slowly. But, please carry on, as every year the T Cart gets older and harder to rebuild as she was ment to be.

WE have a plan, thanks Bob..... Remember folks that we are a low budget operation that could not operate without Bob & Rob and the GUYS & GALS that contribute the the Foundation...... PLEASE do not expect instant replies or solutions to age old problems. Bob I will call about other stuff today.
WE also have the new newsletter, TAYLORCRAFTER by and for the Foundation members.
It has been around two weeks, please read, copy and keep, more coming soon.. This has the Gilberti- Harer answers.
