I am trying to mount a Sensenich 76AK-2 metal prop on a tapered shaft C85 in my BC12-D. I don't have the old prop bolts from when I took it apart years ago. I am not using a crush plate. I have the skull cap spinner bracket to consider (mounts under the nuts on two of the prop bolts). I am having a hard time finding the right size bolts. I have bolts from Sensenich, but they appear to be too long. I have new Sensenich bushings for the install (insert into the back of the propeller). Been searching the forum and found this string. John, do you know the specific bolt / washer combination for my situation?

    Thanks, Rod

Should be the same as a McCauley prop; the hub thickness is the same. I'm going from memory here, but I think you need AN6-33A bolts. Use AN960-616L washers where the skull cap bracket goes.

Thanks John, I got the bolts and washer I needed today. I had a new bolt kit for a McCauley and they worked out just right.
