Samples arrived today. One is a clear winner.
Looks like the color described in Chet Peek's book for "Brown Wine Trim". And if I may say it - looks better than real leather. Less than £9 per M and textured! And just dark enough to contrast well with real "taupe" mohair. (Yes- the one that comes from the goat.)
Ask me about sources. Both were via eBay.
