Does anyone here have some information about the little "blind nut anchors" that are in the bottom of the wood piece that is fastened to the upper cabin cross tube
They are called "T-nuts" or "blind nuts" at the hardware store. I have no doubt Taylorcraft picked them up at the hardware store and installed them on new airplanes way back when.
But I need to justify their existence on a Taylorcraft because they are not AN or MS type fasteners. I need something like a factory drawing that points to them and says "part number xyz" or says "commercial blind nut" or whatever.
Anyone who can provide such a drawing or some nomenclature on these little parts PLEASE contact me at 818-701-6801
