Re: A little jolly to Norway

Congratulations Rob, looks and sounds like a real adventure!

BTW, as of today, I have new brake linings on "Old Blue". She should be ready for your Brodhead flight next week. I put 18 hours on her in five states this past week tooling around the upper Midwest.

You made my day as I get caught up on the site.... I will check into all your past posts Rob and see where we stand with info. I just had to do other "things" Taylorcraft is still my life but family & staying afloat comes first... BRODHEAD? had you been there before? Ask me about the "International Towel Toss" contest at Brodhead, been going there since early 80's....

This'll be my third visit to the Piet 'n' Hatz fly-in, Forrest...I still hope to do the Grassroots one year.

So many places, so little time (and money!)

Oh Boy do I know that, I am amazed at the many times you do come to the "colonies".... David Whitaker's Dad , Lou said it so well many eyars ago. So many airplanes, so little time

GRASSROOTS is one of the best kept secrets in the antique airplane world! Brodhead is a flying museum during Grassroots. Make sure to join MAAC before July 31st to attend (as it is a private fly-in)!

              Rob,

I lost your contact info when my PC recently went down. Haven't had time to get things back yet. Send me a PM letting me know your schedule for Thursday. I'm trying to coordinate work travel to be around then.
