Mag Questions

Tribe,
I was going thru my Bendix-Scintilla mags and was wondering if anyone out there can answer my questions. Can any of the following mags have impulse couplings installed, and could any be converted to the shielded type? Also, does anyone still make the old style shielded harness with the metal braid?

Glen, you need to talk to somebody like Savage Magneto in CA. We have bought many parts from them including the odd ball sparkplug end fittings I used on my BL-65. Tom

Glenn check the thread Eisemann magnetos, there are lots of suggestions of suppliers, I am in the process of putting Slick mags. in my 1945 BC12D to eliminate radio noise.
