Kevin, I never owned her...just worked on her... while Jim Chrysler from Seattle owned it. Replaced the left main gear, and did lots of sheetmetal work on her. Also did some windows and a bit of engine work as well.
I always loved the Goose, but it was a bit hard to love one when you dropped a plug while working on an engine when sitting in the water!
If you look at that one link above, they show a bunch of copies of Tales of the Golden Monkey on DVD available on eBay. When 327 showed up in WA, she still was painted in the white, red and black of the series...it even said "Cutter's Goose" on the nose. I'm not exactly sure where she is now... since I moved back over here, I've lost contact with alot of what's going on over there in the islands.
Pegi, my sincere apologies for "hijacking" your thread... I hope you have a wonderful trip and bring us back a complete report along with pictures!
