    Mike Swick has not sold copies of his STC's for years. He does still sell copies of the prints though last I heard.

        Thank you for the heads-up on the article. I looked into installing the Piper spars. But after posting on this site I can see that it may not possible to install them. The ribs are secured by a clamp device that uses the bulb area of the original spars for support. The spar size is close enough to work but would require modification of all the rib to spar attachments.
        There is a Swick conversion at our local airport and it is one of the best conversions I have seen. The product was well thought out and the look is great.

          Swick has 3 stc's, all different, the piper spar is one of them and seems like it is not necessarily part of the clip wing conversion.
