Looking for bellcrank bushings

Hi all,
Has anyone replaced the bushings in the aileron horn (bellcrank) before. I`m in the wing rebuild phase on my taylorcraft and would like to put new bushings in if possible. I would appreciate any leads to the parts or material to make them out of rather than replacing the entire assembly.Thanks

Is the bellcrank cast magnesium or welded assembly?

Yes the bellcrank is cast magnesium. My bellcrank assembly looks to have bushing pressed into the cast magnesium support or base assembly. then on the part the cables attach to I have a tube that also is pressed into it. This tube slides into the cast magnesium assembly and is held in with a 1/4" bolt that is about 3 1/8" long.

Ernie, no I see. I have this also. I thought of it as an axle. My guess is that you could make one from a piece of 4130 tube or other mild steel. Dave.

Thats the answer I was hoping not to get. Please no offense intended or implied. Hmm..., well looks like it's back to the wicks catalog for tubing. This is my first project and now I'm starting to understand why some projects take many years to complete.
So.. awesome clear, calm skys to all and enjoy those fall colors before it's to late.
Grumble..,mumble... Let's see whare did I put that wicks catalog.?

The aileron bracket (Photo here) has what appears to be steel bushes in it, which takes the steel tube pressed in the bellcrank.

Is the fit between the tube and the bushes worn? If so, either one or the other could be replaced, and the other modified to suit.

Yeah. Thats the place I found worn 0n both of my bellcranks. Was hoping others that had this little bump in the rebuild road might of found a repair kit that some aircraft supplier had readily available. Sure can tell this is my first project. Uh-huh.
