  • Weight and Balance

We are going to do a check of the weight and balance of my birdie (I'm adding some equipment). Where do I check for level on the plane? Also, does anyone know the Arm for the front axels and the tailwheel?

    thanks!

    Re: Weight and Balance

Richard: the levelling datum is the horizontal stab. (in fact the two tubes that come out of the fuselage).

The distance for the mains (about minus 2") and the tailwheel (depends on model and tailwheel type) is a measured as an actual measurement.

Have a read of the type cert (for the BC12D in your case), then PM or email me for additional, if you need.
