cowl latch

Firstly hope everyone is keeping well in these odd times.
Does anyone know if the cowl latch as per the picture is still available from anywhere?
Our Taylorcraft BC12D restoration is proving to be difficult as everything we look at has issues.
We have 3 serviceable latches and are missing one....
Also fuel primer - We have an essex primer but it does not fit the panel - Anyone any idea what the original primer was? (i assume Essex primers have been used since)
