BC12 Door hinge

Does anyone know the correct nuts / bolts for the BC12D metal door hinge?

AN3-4, thick or thin AN960 washer as required and AN310 nut and cotterpin.
alternatively AN3-4A AN960 (or L) washer AN365-1032 nilock nut
