ID:	181598 who can tell me what these latches are called? I used to call them chicken head latches. Google brings up nothing. I had a set on my '38 for door openers. I stole this set off my '38 and will eventually need to replace them.

You'll find this type of latch in marine applications. Typically mounted on the inside of an interior storage compartment hatch, and a hole in the door allows a finger to unlatch it.

        Thanx Scott,
Elbow catch is what I was looking for. An ebay search leads to my exact catch. Click image for larger version
