  • Control Yokes Available

I wandered into the fly market at SWRFI hoping to find an A-65 crankshaft new-in-box, a Taylorcraft fishbowl compass, a complete set of cowling hinges for a BC-12D, and an unused Taylorcraft brick.

All I found was a pair of T-craft yokes in good shape so I bought them.
These yokes are the magnesium casting style still mounted to the control rods. The control rods are rusted and would need to be chromed and heat treated to be serviceable; however, the yokes could be painted and used immediately.
Should anyone need these items please let me know. They will decorate my workshop until then.
    Best Regards,
    Mark Julicher

      Hi Mark

Sent you a message through the forum about the yokes.

        Ambassador Lees,
What is the diameter of the yoke? How many spokes? My panel would look COOL if it had a stock looking set of yokes on it.
Also, in the Taylorcraft book there is a photo of a pre-war panel that is engine turned metal, is that a stock panel? (Forrest, PLEASE weigh in on this).

My yokes are the Pretzel type, 3-spoke (the top-right yoke in this photo)

            Robert,
The yokes that I have are like the ones on the upper right, but I wonder if the round one like the lower center is more correct for a 1940 BC-65. ( I'm just as picky about the correct parts on my MGB's).
