        Re: Bungee Replacement Procedure

I am going to be putting new cords on mine in the next week or so. After that I will have my tool available. Let me know and I would be glad to loan it out as long as I get it back.

          Re: Bungee Replacement Procedure

Any way you could set up a couple of cameras to video the process? The quality doesn't have to be that high (actually more fun when it ISN'T!)
I haven't done a bungee change yet and even if it is mostly "plumbers cleavage" shots there could be a lot to learn.

I will make sure to skip lunch before watching in case there is a lot of "cleavage" showing, just give us a heads up if you wear a thong or just forget it!

Not sure about the video cam, but I can take lots of digital and label them and put them together. Maybe if my skills improve, (meaning with my daughter's help) I could put them on a disc. I have changed them many times so I have it down pretty pat now. Let me see how it goes.

              Hi Josh and all,

Please notice that the instructions for the tool specifically say "PUT ONLY ONE CORD ON THE TOOL" so please
only put one cord on the tool at a time.

              p.s.

                Re: Bungee Replacement Procedure

I'll be damned! There were instructions in the box! At the bottom of the box under all the packaging. Tell you what. I'm going to pull the video down. I don't want to do a bad demo here. Might want to consider taping the instructions to the tool in the future for idiots who don't bother to dig through the newspaper, etc.

                  That's a good idea.
I put the instructions in last so for me they are on top but there is no assurance that end is opened first and I don't notice which end the USPS has marked to open.

I found this drawing between all the things I got with my plane. It was part of Owners club newsletter dated December 1991. Might be usefull to others.
