Just returned to Virginia from moving my Tcraft from Virginia to Florida. N43752 arrived at South Lakeland airport (X49) Monday the 12th. I have a hanger there and will be relocating soon to new home in Lakeland. 9 flying hours and 7 fuel stops,but not any big problems. Did get to Sun-n-Fun on the 13th but only saw one Tcraft and no one I knew.
I recently did my BFR in the Tcraft and the CFI said he thought the tail wires were on the loose side. The service manual says snug but not too tight, a low bass tone is good. Does anyone else have a more exacting way to set the tension? Thanks......
