  • Lost Aircraft N36459 Taylorcraft BC

On November 10, 1945 my mother soloed N36459 out of Aurora, IL. at the age of 19. How would I find this aircraft?

    Hal,

Start by querying the FAA aircraft registry (see http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinqu...m_Inquiry.aspx), which will provide you with the name and address of the currently registered owner.

        Hello Hal,

        Welcome to the Taylorcraft community.

Brian is quite right...it's now registered in Ohio. Here: http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinqu...umbertxt=36459

Even quicker, just drop the N number in google and it spits out all kinds of info.
