8.50 x 6 Tire Upgrade

I am currently running 6.50x6 Condor tires. I have the annual coming up and am thinking of replacing the tires with 8.50x6. I realize I will give up a couple of mph potentially at cruise and lose a little forward visibility on the ground. Is there any impact to landing or anything else that may change/be affected? I am running the factory Shin brakes but do not really use them other than to turn when needed and run up.

I'm running the Desser 22-8.50, and about the only thing that I can think of off the top of my head is that they are less forgiving on hard surface. You really want to be straight when you touch down because they can be rather "grabby." It's not a big issue, but they aren't as forgiving of poor technique as the smaller tires.
