  • AP/AI for Billings Montana?

I have a friend who needs a mechanic/IA capable of checking over an airplane
in the Billings Montana area for logbooks, STC mods compliance, and general
airworthiness of the airplane. In the next few weeks.

Any referrals, email or phone numbers appreciated.

    thanks

    bob.

I second the vote for Allen Rickman. Great guy and honest, plus he's familliar with rag and tube!
How do you know him, Tim?

John, he is a friend that I met when he was flying pipeline for Chevron to Salt Lake and used to stop over in Ogden, he would spend the night at my house once in a while on his patrols. So we hit it off and have horse traded some parts, I sent him a jeep carburetor and balanced his prop on the 180, he sent me some small continental engine parts. I think Allen got 4-5000 hours on that O-470 in his 180. I also know Larry Larson, he had 7,000 hours on his one Lycoming in the PA12. Those boys do a lot of flying in Montana. Lycoming was supposed to want to buy Larry's engine, one of the highest time between overhauls Lycoming had ever seen....Tim
