Recommendations for a pre-buy inspector near Phoenix?

I have a friend who's looking at an F-21 model in the Phoenix area. He's a little unsure about the condition of the fabric, among other things, and I've suggested he find a good AI/A&P who knows tube and fabric and preferably is familiar with these planes. Any suggestions?
