  • Fuel line routing with Luscombe exhaust

    I got a PM from Ken asking for photos of how i routed the fuel lines with the luscombe exhaust so here they are.the gascolater is mounte lower then it was on the engine mount so i can reach under the boot cowl to sample the fuel.Also it's the lowest point in the fuel system.

    I was just looking at my A-65 that is about to come out and a C-90 will go in with Luscombe exhaust and I was wondering about the gascolator, Thank you, gary

      I believe gascolator is in a very low position.
      In cae of a problem with landing gear, gascolator
      will be booted or broken, and a potential fire condition
      Is possible.

          I agree with Miguel. Here is the location I mounted mine. still the lowest point in the fuel system.
