Hope this links works. Whelen model 9052051 red/white. I'm wondering if anyone has installed a Whelen LED beacon successfully, on top of the vertical or fuselage? I'd be using this as a recognition light only, during the day and/or twilight.

Are you going to use the Atlee adapter?

Guessing you're referring to the Atlee fiberglass bracket, p/n 2087? Yea that's what I'm thinking. Or Univair has something similar, aw221 but know nothing about that one

Atlee is univair, they bought him out a few years ago when atlee screwed steve out of possible ownership. Tim
