  • Landing light in BC12D

Hi everyone, thanks for letting me join the group.
I just finished putting Basic Aircraft's turbine alternator on 43934 to power nav lights and eventually an led landing light.
My question is related to the landing light,i have looked at the 337 example on Taylorcraft.org but i'd like to only have one bulb for both landing and taxi. Has anyone ever mounted one on the landing gear or wing struts or know of a way to put a single light in the wing maybe farther inboard?
    Any info is appreciated, thanks

I did that 337, you cant really have only one bulb do both because the angle of incidence is different between taxiing and flying. They each point to a different spot in front of the airplane. Tim

Thanks Tim, my main reason for wanting only one bulb is the high cost of L.E.D. landing light bulbs.
