Can anyone explain this from AC43.13-2b? Does this mean that bolts in flight controls (including pulleys) must use cotter pins or safety wire? Par. C used to be in a FAR 23.607 and CAR 3.294...just something to think about. What the hell is 2 retaining devices? That include torque and a nylock/cotter pin or a locking washer?
