      Have you all seen the old movie with these guys? The pictures look like they are stills from the film. It might have been a short that they ran in newsreels at the movies??? Haven't seen it for a while. howard

        I saw some film of the Thirteen Black Cats in a little film booth at the Oshkosh airshow in about 1986...but the EAA library was unable to locate any reference to it some years after this, so I have never seen it again.
        It was proper b&w film footage, and included plane-to-plane transfers sans parachute and also a small girl doing the Charleston on the top of a hot-air balloon.

          Yup, that's the one. Saw it several years ago on TV. They were interviewing the lady who was the little girl on the balloon. Can't remember the context though...
