I just ordered Shinn brake some parts from Skybound Atlanta and they sent a parts list and price list with my order.

They had those screws listed.

To my recollection they're a standard thread form (I got some slotted stainless screws but as mentioned, had to cut them down to avoid the split pin through the long castellated nuts).
