  • Posting pics from an iphone

Okay folks....I've finally joined the ranks of the 21st century(or at least I'm trying to). I have an iPhone and trying to figure out how to post pics from my photo album to my posts on this site. I can post to facebook but it don't work that way here.

Guessing but post as an attachment since there is no direct link to the forum.

Re: Posting pics from an iphone

I normally email the picture to myself from the phone. When I open the email and download the picture, I can do whatever I want with it.

I am sure there many ways of doing it better (hooking up a cable, taking the sd card out of the phone and putting it into the computer, and others) but this the way that I do it.

I just posted this picture. Kevin, it works the same as on the computer. Where it asked to upload a file it open my picture app. It helps to turn phone landscape on this site. Made buttons easier to see.

              Ryan,
I can get it to pull up the page like it does on my computer but it won't do anything from there. Also, where do I find landscape to turn it on? ......... Beautiful pic of your bird, I hope ya don't mind me using it as my new screen saver.

              Lee,
What the hell is an iCloud? Lol

what Ryan should have said is "On this site, turn the phone to the landscape position" to take pictures in landscape, turn the phone sideways so the picture is wider and shorter than if you hold it upright. Holding the phone upright when taking a picture does a "portrait" picture
