seat sling

Hi every one!
I need confirmation to install the canvas with bar (safety belt)
& tube on top in back.So we attach the bar (safety belt) under the canvas & when attach the lacing on tube same for baggage I have 10 inch between the grommet brass (two parts of canvas) to made the lacing.Is"t the manner & I check in web & I don't see a picture to illustrate this assy.
let me know because too long time & I don't remember for that

I will be putting the bungees on (hopefully) this weekend and will be putting the sling back in and lacing it. I will try to take photos of the whole process (if the camera actually works this time).
