      1968? It hasn't changed since 1789 when the Army was first authorized!

            My neither, but you also need to remember that the NAVY is the senior service! 1775 Seniority counts.

                It is true, you can't hold ground from a boat. But if the boat is good enough, a land surrounded by water will never need to worry about holding the ground, the enemy will never set foot on it.
