F-19 trim adjustment

Hi fellows,
Since I have owned my F-19 my trim has never been adjusted correctly. I have plenty of nose up trim, and almost zero nose down trim. Any suggestions on how to adjust this to the book settings of 25 degrees up and 27 down. Thank you.

move the cable stops and also move the cable on the pulley in the back (hold cable and rotate pulley) have worked for me

Sorry to disagree with you Dave (on the cable stop issue). Chances are the cable stops are correct.

This sounds like trim cable slip at the aft pulley on the F19 (same as BC12D) as you refer.

Glen: lots of info here for a start, and if I haven't said so yet, welcome to the forum!

[Edit: what Boeing did you drive...B52..29 etc etc? ]

No problem.

They may be worth a check though if you have a problem.

Probably the last thing to check not the first

As I said that stuff did work for me.

And thanks for the welcome....I flew the 737 and 757...Now a days on the A320
