Re: Forrest Life and the Taylorcraft Foundation

Sorry.. I did not mean to drag out the suspense. Here is the letter sent out yesterday to TOC members. Unsettling news on that side of the fence too. All the more reason that now is the right time for some good solid leadership to guide us through the muck.

Looks like something got left out.

          they?

          I don't follow.

Actually many of the post here have been hard to follow.

Too much left unsaid on many posts.

Re: Forrest Life and the Taylorcraft Foundation

I like ramblings I do that too!! I wish I had the answer , hopefully this new influx of money at the Factory will do the job. I have been threatened with lawsuits over drawings, advise, the FAA FINALLY has started to recognize my efforts. THE EAA each year has meetings about Vintage Aircraft , they are a joke . Ask those who attend. Then we have people wearing two hats , Big shot Vintage and Owners clubs head. Hopefully the letter FEB 12 will Miles Field Services go forward..... THEY are good folks. REMEMBER my early on comments on the sale of the Owners Club, it should not have been SOLD The foundation will be turned over hopefully this year at the Annual meeting in July.... I am re setting up the regional reps in the next few days and away we go!!! Could you call me sometime!!

Thanks to Marty and Hank I have new encouragement Many times the members and non-members do not like the answers to their particular problem .... SORRY that is how it is with a CERTIFIED aircraft .
as to Aeronca ; they do not build aircraft. The person, Brian Matz that did the scanning and saving of all those drawings IS located from at my Airport....... He is in on the new operation too!!

                            Hey Forrest,

Are you perhaps meaning to reply with quote but it is not working?

Your comments seem to be in response to someone or something but its not included in your response so it's unclear what you mean.

Forrest, this is an example of what I was talking about.

Who do you want to call? Something is missing.

By the way.... whatever happened with this thread 5 years ago.... is this perhaps being re-considered? this would be good news to all.
