Looking for Ted from Arizona

Someone named Ted (if I heard it correctly) from Arizona (Area Code 928) left a message with my answering service a few days before Thanksgiving, looking for some trim parts. I have tried twice to get back to him, unsuccessfully. I'm pretty sure I have the right number as he left a number in the message and it agrees with his Caller ID, so I'm at a loss.
