Hmm, those boxes look familiar ;-) Nice looking plane Tim. What is the blister for on the front cowl?
Here are pics of the box I had made. The engine and attachments you see are just to mock up where I have to put holes in the cowling........h

Hanlon wilson aeronca cheif mufflers have blisters over them, its too cold in Alaska not to have heat.
