    Alaska Tribe and any of The Tribe in General: Stop in if you get a chance. This moose was the first visitor. I wasn't tied down for more than an hour or so before this cow came to check things out. Dick

      We have to be nice to the momma moose...they had a rough winter. Lot of snow for a long time. You can see where they have been stripping bark. Haven't seen very many cow/calf units this spring. Between the wolves, black bears, brown bears and forage growing up out of their reach, the moose population here is way down. The little bull that ran through here last week would certainly fit the deepfreeze come this fall. It's been quite a while since a moose graced our table. Dick
