Yea, the UK guys are kind of a special case. Maybe we can work out a parts trade for some "bits" for my Triumph. ;-) Same thing sort of goes for the Canada guys, but it seems to be a LOT easier to NOT deal with checks for Canadian Dollars with the bank. Even cash is easier to work with from Canada, and we have a HUGE influx of Canadians in Virginia Beach every spring.

      Hank

I wonder how long we can convince the Canadians that spring in Virginia starts in March? We get LOTS of REALLY PALE people on the beach down here in swim suits when it is too cold for the locals to walk the board walk. You guys must have antifreeze for blood!

Rotated form attached for those where it came in sideways.

        Hank

If it comes out upside down this time, just turn the paper over after it prints. ;-)

The PDF file came out OK for me, except I just noticed the last line was missing - the phone #, check is already in the mail, but I wasn't trying to be unsociable my not giving you my phone number, gary

Looks like we forgot to put a space for phone number on the form, but you guys can just add it to the bottom. We would only need it if there was something we need to do quickly. The guys who send the forms first will probably not be a problem (plenty of time to fix something by email), it is the one that comes in the day before we make the order with the check missing.

              Hank

We will get better at this stuff with time. I expect we will be doing a lot more of this kind of cooperative things in the future.

                Hank,

The form (check) is in the mail! Thanks to everyone involved in putting this together! Perfect timing as my cords are showing signs of loosening up. Please let me know if you don't see it in a few days.

                      Chuck,

Seeing as I am a "one off" as it were I suppose I could deal with the Company direct if that makes things easier for you? They are making mine especially for me and now you have set up the deal all I would need would be the name of the person who is dealing with an email address and I could take it from there? I am more concerned to get the correct one's ( 1110 x 11/16ths by 10" round ) as opposed to the price as I have been unable to get them in the UK other sizes yes but those one's no! Just a thought but will be guided by you?

Robert let me call David at sbc and see what he thinks about shipping direct to you. I don't have a emal for him but will get it and pass it on also he can deal with a credit card.He said it is no big thing to run your size when he sets up for the 9010 as yours are just more strands of rubber to make the 11/16. Will call him today and get what we need to get them to you. Chuck

                          Bob,
Are you close to Chris Tudor? Forgive is in the US. We have no sense of how far apart Derby and Whales are, but you guys are the only ones in the UK so far.

Hey Hank, is it too late to get my name on that list? I need a set of 9090's for my BC65, but I will order them from Aircraft Spruce IF we can get them QUICKLY. The owner of T-27 died several years ago, and we all got notices in the mail that they are going to tear up the runway the day after Labor Day weekend. My cords need replacing, so the new ones I will pull out of anywhere that can get me a set of four quickly, but it would NOT hurt to have a spare set in my hanger.
So, can I still get on the list, and who can get me a set quickly?
The A&P at the airport says that all we need is an old car bumper jack with a pipe welded to it to install them, and I'm a little leery about that, WHO makes the best tool that has one that can ship it out to me as soon as he jets the money from me?

Brie (STILL the proud owner of N-27660)

I would NOT use the bumper jack method unless you really want a skylight. There is a member here who makes the best tool I have seen for changing bungees. I am sure he will chime in soon.
As for timing on getting the bungees, Chuck will be picking them up and these are new manufacture to order. I know WAG, ASS and Forrest have some old ones if you can't wait but I don't know for sure the manufacture dates. They could be pretty old. Chuck had some times for how long they take to make after he gets the final orders and as for when it is too late, when we put the order in, so there is still time for stragglers. When I get a chance to send reminders to everyone on the list who hasn't sent back the order form we will be putting the order in.
