Hey all... you might want to hurry and set your hotel reservation for Friday and Saturday night... I almost waited too late. Just called today and Best Western is full. We got a room at the Express Inn... very reasonable at $49.00 per nite.

By the way... everything in Texas is turning green. Unusually early spring here... It looks like the wildflowers are going to be awesome this year. Today I saw the first Bluebonnets of the year. So far, I have also spotted Pink Primroses, Indian Paintbrush, Buttercups, Winecups, Dandelion, and several fruit trees blossoming. The weather here has really been nice. Hope it holds for the Fly-in.

The story of Old Fort Parker and the capture of Cynthia Ann Parker... as told by Sarah MacReynolds.
