Early morning Fall frost halo on shadows

Hi All,

With good timing on an early morning flight a week ago near Lake of the Ozarks in central Missouri I caught the frost halo on the shadows cast by the trees during sun rise. Thought I would share couple pictures.

You can see the frost on top of the shadow line because the shadows retreat faster than the sun can melt the frost on the ground.

Neat Pictures! I've never been there but it looks a lot like some of the places we like to go in Arkansas.
