3rd Annual Taildragger Fly In

We are having our 3rd annual Taildragger Fly In at Osceola IA (I75) this weekend ( Aug22-24). The weather looks Great! There will be plenty of planes, food, and fun. There are 2 forums scheduled 1-Stewarts Covering System and 2-Planning a Taylorcraft trip to Alaska. There will also be a flour drop and a spot landing contest. Plenty of motels or camping under the wing. Taylorcrafts get a special parking spot. Come to Southern Iowa nad enjoy the fun!

Yeah, just flew 28 hours heading south. Weather has sucked all summer around teslin to whitehorse, they had more rain in June than all of last year. Tim

Got the plane out gassed up , and maps and navigation ready to go last night about 7pm showers expected later that night , this morning heavy thunderstorms prevent us from leaving, We have a saying if you want good rainy weather just plan a Taylorcraft flyin. Hope its working out in Osceola.
