  • serviceable 0-200 crank

Looking for a serviceable 0-200 crank. This one is dialing .011 and the engine shop said it would be a good conversation piece in my living room or hangar. A good Used one within limits is OK. New ones are over price IMHO.

    Thanks

      Re: serviceable 0-200 crank

      Thank you for the reply.
Yes we could, but we looked at the other expenses that comes with doing that. The A&P IA and the engine shop tend to agree that a new one or a serviceable crank may do a better job cost wise and in the long run. This is a low hours engine.
I also found out, that this C-85-12 with the 0-200 STC conversion had a "minor" prop strike while in idle. Things tend to surface with time and as you ask questions.

Meanwhile, I continue to fly on the A-65 with no complaints.
