Another gentleman above asked for the baffles. Thanks for the info.

Please don't forget everybody, if you have any of the listed parts you are willing to 'part' with please let me know.

      Hank,

I saw where you traced the parts of your trim pieces. I sent my scope up near the trim indicator area and noticed someone made some homemade trim indicator parts. Basically a nut brazed to an arm and the brazing broke loose. So......if you still have your original tracings could I perhaps get a copy so I can try and make what I need??? Thanks!
      Cheers,
      Marty

        Marty,
Haven't found the trim parts drawing yet but finally found and copied the "D" window drawings for some of the other guys (I will contact you guys tonight).
Send me your mailing address to hjarrett2 at cox dot net and I will mail you a copy. I know the tracings are in the same box the "D" window and flat windscreen/windshield parts were in, just got to finish sorting.
Maybe one of the reasons I'm so slow is I'm so MESSY!
        Hank

You guys should see my hand writing, even I can't read it.

            Marty,
Guess what I found! Now I have to find your address again. ANYTHING I lay down disappears into the Black Hole of my filing system. I am posting a copy of the drawings for anyone who wants a copy. I HAVE NOT built a whole one from these drawings yet so there are a few things that need to be added. If someone knows what the offset on the wire indicator is I can update the drawing, if not we will need to experiment a little. I wish I had measured it when I was messing with the 45 to make the drawing.
Make sure you put the little cut into the hole in the thread nut so it will thread onto the screw. The hole in the thread nut should be the minor diameter of the threads. The sheet metal thread nut is a fairly loose fit over the threads so it can ride up and down the threads smoothly. The wire Support nails (I would use screws) to the back of the wood above the cross tube where the compass goes. There was a little plate on the front of the wood, but I saw a plane with the core of a steel pop rivet on the front and it worked better. He had just tapped the core into the wood as a bearing for the wire.
I know there will probably be lots of questions and suggestions so maybe we should start a new thread on Trim Indicators.

New thread started on trim indicators. Let's leave this one for Miss Scarlett to avoid confusion and let people find the topic with the search tool.
