Terry, I didn't know you were building a Piet. Mine is about half done. Send me your E-Mail and I'll try to send some pictures. I'm not putting on brakes, but I am using a steerable tail wheel.

      Chet,
Heres a pic of my project. And my email address is "[email protected]" The Piet project was started back in 1963 by a guy in San Antonio and never finished. I acquired it from his sons who were wanting to finish it, but never got very far. The wings are covered. Almost ready to cover the fuselage, but trying to finish the fuel system and brakes first. All controls are in. You should join the Pietenpol email list. It is very active, but not as sophistocated as the T-craft list. Has a lot of great guys.

Hey Terry, is that you back in '63?

I got rebuild kits from Univair for my Welch (uses the same scott MC), but that was like 10 years ago.

There were some Scott MCs in the fly market at SNF this year. They pop up, especially as cub folks convert their brakes and wheels. Maybe find a cub mail list and ask there?

          good luck.
