    Bubble Face Compass

    I just put an Airpath Bubble Face compass on eBay last night.

    It does not have the Taylorcraft logo on it, it has an Airpath logo. I removed it from an 11AC Chief project personally.

    The great aircraft restorer Mr. T has an inspiring message for potential bidders...

    For anybody interested, I have the Taylorcraft logo for the front of my 41 compass compensator (what says "Airpath" on this one) and am taking it to an engraver to make a duplicate for my 45 compass. Probably won't cost that much to make two.

    Always willing to kick something in to make sure a Taylorcraft part stays a Taylorcraft part (even if it used to be a Chief part).
