I'm looking for p/n B12-A130, the trim indicator plate (ideally with an original placard), and B12-A138-2, the indicator pointer wire and its bracket. Mine were apparently removed years ago -- do you have a set you'd sell me?

Re: Seeking trim indicator plate and pointer wire
The bits and pieces aren't terribly complex and if no one has one you should be able to build one (not "easy" but really not that hard either). I have all the pieces in my 45 box of parts and if I can find them I should be able to draw the parts up. How much of a hurry are you in?

Re: Seeking trim indicator plate and pointer wire
Hank,
I'm in no hurry -- just want to get one installed for Oshkosh judging next year. Actually, I'm thinking about putting in a dummy pointer wire, so I don't have to cut fuselage fabric or headliner to install all the internal mechanism. I'm hoping I can screw in the plate without needing to remove the windshield.
Somebody must have one laying around. The factory website tantalizingly lists 79 of the plates and 46 of the pointer wires in stock, but I can't get them to answer the phone to take an order.Joel Severinghaus

Re: Seeking trim indicator plate and pointer wire
Never mind -- I managed to buy NOS parts from the factory. I finally got Antonio Villalobos on the phone there (956-832-0445), and they apparently still have a lot of the trim indicator parts in stock.Joel Severinghaus

Re: Seeking trim indicator plate and pointer wire
Walter,
Thanks, but I just bought those parts new from the factory for about $15 each.
Do you keep your plane at the Amana airfield or at Greencastle? I just drove past the Amana field yesterday on the way to Thanksgiving dinner at my brother-in-law's in Cedar Rapids, and was pleased to see the grass looking better than the last time I saw it, during the flooding.Joel Severinghaus

Re: Seeking trim indicator plate and pointer wire
Joel I live on an 1800 ft grass strip 4 miles N.E. of the Amana field called Richfield on the Chicago sectional, yes I have been watching The Amana airport for months, its unfountunate that since the flood in june nothing really has been done. In the spring Im going to ask the Amana society who own the field if they could re- seed it. Please feel free to stop by if ever you are near. We have hot coffee . There are a couple of local Tcrafts that stop by now and then. Walter

Re: Seeking trim indicator plate and pointer wire
Walter,
Thanks for the invitation -- I will certainly drop in sometime. I've been meaning to fly over to Amana sometime for lunch, too, although that heavy German food might pose some weight-and-balance challenges on the return trip.Joel Severinghaus
