Bungee Tool Source?

Last time I changed my bungees I borrowed the tool, but I'd like to own one. It seems David Rude is no longer the source? I saw a post that mentioned Stacy Ledford was making them and selling via Facebook, but I do not use Facebook and cannot find contact info for Stacy elsewhere.

Does anyone have a bungee tool they are willing to sell? Or, does someone have Stacy's contact info and can send to me via PM?

Where are y'all located? I may have to replace my bungees at annual this month, but I'd be happy to loan my tool out to somebody for shipping and insurance. I'm 99% sure I got it from Wag Aero about 6 years ago right before COVID. Used it once.
