Window Latch over center for top hinged windows

Does anyone have a pair of over center window openers for a prewar top hinged widows they would sell, or know where i might order?
it is getting hot in the cockpit!

Would a drawing help? I have some with some rust in the hangar but I also made some years ago with a pretty simple little hard wood die (wish I knew what happened to the die). Might take some time to find the drawing (or to re-draw it).

a picture of the drawing would work for sure, even a hand sketch with a couple dimensions. I could CADD it up and post it. I Appreciate any help, thanks again
