I am looking for the outside half of a Shinn Devices wheel to polish up & present to Butler County Airport (Butler PA) to put on display as part of their history. need not be airworthy - If you have any leads, please let me know. [email protected]

Hope you get someone to pony up one for this very worthwhile cause .If I had one I would. You might also try the Luscombe site. I grew up in the North Hills and flew out of Mars- Lake Hill Airport when Dad was a partner in BC12D. I hope the old Hangar where CG Taylor laid out in Chalk on the floor then welded up the first B series Fuselage is still there. I hope to get back up there next summer.
