Mike, I used Hooker Harness. On the web. Some photos on my site, but speak to them, they will sort you out. Not as expensive as you might imagine...all TSO'd stuff too.

Well worth the money IMHO. Back when I made an emergency off-field landing in a PA22, the FAA investigator told me about the previous accident he had worked. A guy had put his Mooney into a field with only minor damage. However, when it suddenly stopped, the guy banged his face into the panel, leaving several of his teeth behind. That was enough to convince me that shoulder harnesses are a worthwhile improvement to any aircraft.
