I have no concern in this, just passing along for anyone who might be interested. The former local airport manager passed away a few months ago, this airplane has been sitting for a long time and his wife is selling it at auction on Sept. 17th. What I know:

A-65 1034SMOH a long time ago
very low compressions
prop is tweaked I believe due to prop strike, but I don't know the circumstances
no strut AD compliance
On the plus side, it has been in an enclosed hangar and the wife is co-owner so should not be any paperwork issues.
