I will have to measure and see how far off they are. I would think making a set of wires would be one solution if the stock sizes don't work (there are either 3 or 4 length wires already). It would also be fairly easy to weld a second cross tube in the fin for the top wires (the ones i think would be the problem if there is one).
I have both three and two hinge fins and stabs in the stack as well as full sets of both types of wires. It would be easier to add a fin wire fitting tube than to change the hinges or modify an elevator. It would also be pretty easy to have a set of new length wires made up and the analysis of the loads change due to the changed angle of the wires is pretty simple.

This is why most FAA folks consider ANY modification of the control system to be a major modification! LOTS of little surprises along the way.
